First 2014 Reunion Meeting Held on February 12 in North Plainfield

The first meeting for the 2014 NPHS reunion for the classes of 1969 and 1968 was held February 12 at the home of Adrienne Jacobs Graubard in North Plainfield.  Attendees included Adrienne Jacobs Graubard, Gerry Garatino Burns (class of 1968 chairman), Nancy Waller, Gail Gilbert Spinner, Suzanne Dumont Millan and Effie Karpodinis Judge.  Janice Hansen Lake (class of 1969 chairman) participated via telephone.

Before the meeting, there was some discussion that the class of 1967 might also participate in the reunion but that option is not taking place now.  (For those of you who are interested, the class of 1967 reunion committee includes Jo-Ann Grace Bandomer, Lucy Berardi Minichino, Roger Graubard, Matt Kilpatrick and Rene Scanlan Harzula.)  As we've written before, the reunion will be held at the Somerset Hills Hotel.  Adrienne and Gerry did the research and found that it offered affordable group rates and included breakfast.  Plus the hotel is being remodeled this spring.
