I didn't know Rich very well, and I know this sounds corny but he always seemed to be smiling and he was just a very nice guy, pleasant. That's my memory of him & it's a pleasant one. Of course, it makes me sad that he's gone. This world needs all the pleasant people it can gather. RIP, Rich.
